Coming to KIRA as a group: parties, companies and birthdays
Updated · 5 min read

A story you cross together, and somewhere to talk about it straight after.

1. Coming as a group
A KIRA team is 2 to 6 players. Beyond that, your group splits into several teams that set off one after another, and KIRA hosts up to 18 people per hour.
So you can come as eight, as fifteen, as thirty. What changes is how the day is organised, not the experience.
À retenir
Up to 18 people per hour. A room dedicated to your group, a space to eat and drink, and 1 hour of play per team. Ages 11 and up, in French or English.
2. How it works for a group
Your group splits into teams of 2 to 6. Each team sets off in turn, with a new session every thirty minutes.
While one team plays, the others wait somewhere designed for it — not standing in a corridor. It is often the best part: the ones who just came out tell the story, the ones who have not gone yet ask questions, and nobody wants to give anything away.
By the end, everyone has lived the same thing without having lived it the same way. That is what makes the conversation on the way home.
3. A dedicated room, and somewhere to stay
The space is 300 m². The game floor takes up 180. The rest exists for exactly this: hosting a group properly.
Your group gets a room reserved for them, to gather beforehand, settle between sessions, and stay afterwards.
On site: sharing boards, toasted sandwiches, snacks, popcorn, beers and soft drinks. For an event that needs more, KIRA can bring in a caterer.
That is what most group activities in Paris are missing. You do the activity, then you find yourselves on the pavement looking for somewhere that can seat fifteen people on a Friday night.
4. For a company
Team building, seminar, end-of-year party or client event: it is all detailed on the KIRA for companies page, with schedules by headcount and how quotes work.
5. For a birthday
From age 11 — and that is exactly the age where finding an idea gets complicated. Teenagers no longer want children's activities and not yet the adult ones.
The format works because the group stays together from start to finish: you arrive, you play in teams, you regroup in the reserved room to eat and tell each other what happened. Toasted sandwiches, snacks, popcorn: enough to fill a late afternoon without having to go back out. Parents can stay on site or come back later.
For an adult birthday the same principle applies, with teams that form more easily.
6. With friends, family or a club
With friends. A team of six costs 29 EUR per person, which stays within the price of an ordinary night out in Paris.
As a family. From age 11, several generations in the same team. Grandparents are not at a disadvantage: nobody has any acquired advantage here.
As a club or association. An organised group splits into successive teams. Tell us the headcount and the period, and KIRA builds the schedule.
7. Prices
The per-person price drops as the team grows.
| Team | Price per person |
|---|---|
| 2 players | 45 EUR |
| 3 players | 40 EUR |
| 4 players | 36 EUR |
| 5 players | 34 EUR |
| 6 players | 29 EUR |
For a group spread across several sessions, the rate applies team by team. Private-hire terms and packages including catering are set according to group size and date.
8. Request a quote
Tell us the headcount, the period you have in mind and the type of occasion. The team comes back to you with a schedule and a price to match.

Can we hire the venue privately?
It is possible depending on group size and date. Describe your plan in the form to receive a proposal.
